Delivery
For stock items the standard delivery is usually 2 - 3 working days after receipt of order. The majority of stock items can also be delivered next working day if ordered before 12:00 hours. Next working day is Monday - Friday between working hours 08:00-17:00. If the delivery lead time will be longer than this (due to product code ordered or delivery postcode) then we will advise you accordingly. Due to the size of the majority of our products we will not dispatch until we have contacted you to book in a convenient delivery date. If delivery is attempted and failed then re-delivery charges may apply so we like to ensure you know the specific day your order will be delivered.
Delivery prices to most UK mainland addresses are confirmed through the website or by calling us. We can also deliver to Scottish Highlands and offshore addresses, please contact us for delivery quotations to these areas.
The delivery method we use is dependent on the product ordered, delivery location and delivery deadline. Larger deliveries are usually palletised using an articulated lorry. Delivery is to the kerbside only and it is the customers responsibility to move the goods from the kerbside into the premises. Smaller quantities of goods are usually delivered through a parcel company.

Delivery of the Goods will be made once the Goods have been delivered to the place of delivery notified by you to us and the accompanying consignment note has been signed by an individual aged 18 or over on your behalf. It will be your responsibility to check that the number of boxes or items delivered matches the accompanying consignment note before signing. We aim to deliver a very high standard of service and we will make every effort to deliver the Goods, as near to the specified delivery date as possible, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Therefore, any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract. The Goods may be delivered by us in advance of the quoted delivery date.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond your reasonable control or by reason of us) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may: store the Goods until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for the excess over the price under the contract or charge you for any shortfall below the price under the contract.
Deliveries are generally made from Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Items available from stock may be cancelled, provided the goods have not been dispatched. If goods have been dispatched then they may only be returned if they are unused within 24 hours, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are subject to restocking and handling charges, a minimum restocking charge of 35% will apply. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our warehouse at your own cost and risk. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to invoice you for the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
"Non-stocked" items and "Made-to-order" items cannot be cancelled or amended once we are in receipt of your order.
