What information do we NOT collect?
We don’t collect or hold any payment information such as credit or debit card details or anything other than the information required to deliver your order successfully. If you pay by credit or debit card you are passed to our card processing partner, Secure Trading, who will use your information purely for the action of taking payment for your order.
Is my information safe?
We hold your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation which means we have to implement strong security for the storage of your information. You can contact us at any time and we will provide you with a copy of the information we hold and, if requested, we can remove the information we hold about you from our systems.What do you use my information for?
The main reason is for fulfilling your orders. If you choose to opt in to receive our newsletter then we will send promotional information in the newsletter up to 4 times a year and no more.
I’ve heard the term COOKIES, what are they?
A cookie is a small bit of information (actually a unique number) stored on your computer by our website which helps us make our shopping basket system work. No personal information is stored in the cookie and it can easily be deleted via your browser options.
