Should your product develop a fault during the lifetime of the guarantee, please contact us and let us know the exact nature of the fault. We will then arrange to inspect the items and if the problem is specifically related to faulty materials or workmanship, we will arrange to repair or replace the products. Gopak tables are guaranteed for twelve months from receipt of goods.

How long will delivery take ?

The majority of Gopak products are manufactured to order and delivery will typically be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. However, delivery will often be faster than this, with Folding Tables normally being delivered within 10 days. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted to arrange a specific delivery date and should there be any changes to these arrangements, we will contact you with an amended date. If you have a specific date in mind, please add this to the order notes when completing your order and we will endeavour to meet your deadline. Some stock items are available for immediate despatch. These can be viewed in our FAST TRACK section on the top menu.

How is delivery made ?

Deliveries of Gopak manufactured products are made by our appointed courier, on the specific day that we will have notified you of on your Dispatch Confirmation (sent via e-mail). Deliveries are made between 8:30am to 5:30pm and a signature will be required when the delivery is made. Your order can be upgraded to a morning delivery for which will we will make a small charge.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item ?

Please inspect your products and report any damage in transit within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace the goods at no cost to you. Please note, it is VERY important to report damages within 48hrs otherwise damages attributable to the couriers used (ie. damages in transit) cannot be rectified for free.

Delivery Pricing for Northern Ireland, Off-shore Islands, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands

Standard delivery is costed into your order but there may be an additional charge for these locations. Please contact us before placing an order for a delivery quote. If you do place an order and it requires additional delivery charges we will contact you for payment before processing your order.

In addition, deliveries to these locations may take longer than the stated standard delivery times.

You have 14 days in which to notify us. Outside of this time we are unable to exchange items. Within 14 days, for items ordered incorrectly, we will exchange your items for alternative items as required. For items not required we will refund your payment. Please note, due to the cost of collection, return and restocking we may charge a fee to cover the costs involved. You will be advised of this fee and any other costs (such as any additional costs of alternative items above the payments already made) and we will need agreement in writing to proceed.

All goods returned must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
